The apple diet is a delicious, easy and inexpensive body shaping option that is available regardless of the season. The main ingredients of the diet contain dietary fiber (pectin), B vitamins, potassium, iron and other beneficial substances.

However, despite the rich vitamin and mineral composition of the fruit, it is necessary to use the apple diet for weight loss with caution, because this method of getting rid of extra pounds has many contraindications and disadvantages.
